    But, wasn’t that the downfall of our nation?! ;-) :-P
    One of my female ancestors was a women’s rights activist in the 1800’s. :-) I am so proud of her! My daughter reminds me a lot of her. My daughter is into championing the rights of, and speaking out for, and raising money for those who don’t always have a voice.

    • The concept that one half of the population of the country wasn’t allowed to vote seems so ridiculous as to bring the whole sanity of the notion, and nation, into question.

      • Yes, it’s interesting to look back into history. Recently saw a doc/movie called The Loving Story. Set in the 1960’s when in some states it was illegal for people of different races to be married. I admire the Lovings who fought the battle and won…won, not just for them, but for everyone who lives after them. :-)
